A Pathfinder for 2nd Grade

Ants are social insects that live in colonies. Each ant has a specific job in the colony. Although only one ant can be the queen, it takes many workers, males, and soldiers to make a successful colony.

Scientists believe that there are over 20,000 species (types) of ants on our planet. This pathfinder will help you find information in books, magazines, computer programs, videos, and on the Internet about some of those ants.
