A Pathfinder for 2nd Grade

Do you know what kind of butterfly is spreading its wings at the top of this page? Here's a hint: It's either a swallowtail or a monarch. They look a lot alike. Butterflies are insects, so they all have six legs and scaly wings. But not all butterflies look or act the same.

If you'd like to check your answer and learn more about butterflies, just follow the links on this pathfinder. It will help you find information in your school library media center, on the Internet, and in the community about butterflies.
